BAM Infra Civiel is looking for a Project Manager for the Southern Region. You will guide projects from preparation to completion, focusing on diversity, safety, and sustainability. Become key to building a better future with BAM Infra Civiel!

What will you do?

In this dynamic role, you and your team will ensure efficient, timely, and safe project execution. You are adept at setting up, managing, and adjusting the project organization and external execution parties. As a project leader, you are the link between clients and executors, aligning wishes and requirements while balancing the interests of various disciplines. You also consider the surrounding environment and actively seek opportunities to make our projects more sustainable.

Your work environment

As a project leader, you are part of the Southern regional team. Your work area (depending on your location) includes Limburg, North Brabant, and Zeeland, as well as the port of Rotterdam. You will work from our offices in Eindhoven or at project locations. We are passionately engaged in the region with a team dedicated to realizing diverse infrastructure works (bridges, viaducts, underpasses), energy transition projects (substations, high-voltage installations), and industrial projects. Project sizes range from approximately €0.5 million to €15 million.

We prefer to work based on collaborative contract forms (such as construction teams) and framework agreements. We have long-standing relationships with our clients, which are very important to us. Safety, sustainability, digitalization, and industrialization/standardization are top priorities for us, stemming from our strategic themes.

We are involved in significant projects in the region, including the construction of a new underpass on the N261 in Tilburg, the modification of cycle tunnels near the N264, the replacement of the Brug Geldropseweg in Helmond, various medium-voltage substations for Enexis within the 'Programmatic Realization' construction team, expansion of several high-voltage substations for TenneT, pipelines for Port of Rotterdam, and the realization of a new turbine hall in Botlek.

• A salary between €6,266 and €9,039 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and excludes 8% holiday pay.

This is you

• You have demonstrable HBO or WO level experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge of and affinity with civil engineering/infrastructure and/or industrial construction.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and suppliers.
• Professional proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a must for this role.
