Internship – ICT Service Desk
What are you going to do?
Are you looking for a diverse internship at MBO level 3 or 4 in the field of ICT? Then this internship at the ICT Support department of Nedap might be perfect for you!
As an ICT Service Desk intern, you will become part of an informal and friendly team of support colleagues. This team provides technical support and ensures that employees can do their work without any issues. You will be part of Nedap’s internal IT team, which means you will gain experience with various aspects of ICT support. Together with your colleagues, you will provide practical solutions and contribute to the improvement of our IT processes.
Your responsibilities
- Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues for colleagues;
- Installing, configuring, and rolling out workstations using Microsoft Intune;
- Ensuring that colleagues have the necessary hardware and other resources;
- Managing and efficiently resolving IT tickets;
- Actively contributing ideas to improve our ICT services and processes.
You will also have the opportunity to work independently on assignments, with support from experienced colleagues.
Your team
As an ICT Service Desk intern, you will be part of Nedap’s internal IT team. You will join an informal, enthusiastic, and supportive team of colleagues. Together, we work on optimizing ICT support within Nedap.

As an intern or graduation project student at Nedap, you can work either remotely or on our amazing campus in Groenlo, in consultation with your team. The choice is yours. You will have plenty of space to take the lead in your assignment, with personal leadership and individual responsibility being central. You will collaborate with passionate professionals from whom you can learn a lot.
As a token of our appreciation for your efforts, we organize a 'Nedap Student Day' every six months, a fun day with all interns, graduation project students, and working students at Nedap. Additionally, we offer a monthly internship or graduation project allowance ranging between €325 and €650 per month.
Required experience and skills
You are someone who communicates clearly and openly, has a customer-oriented mindset, and thinks along in finding practical solutions. You enjoy learning new things, work accurately, and carry out tasks with care. You take initiative and enjoy working as part of a team.
Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following points:
- Education: You are pursuing a degree in ICT management, Service Desk Employee, Expert IT Systems & Devices, or a similar field (level 3/4);
- Knowledge of: Windows and Office 365.
During this internship, you will work full-time from our office in Groenlo, allowing you to closely collaborate with your colleagues and become a full part of the team.
