Consultant Decision Support PRM level 1

What will you do?
You are responsible for developing, testing, and implementing state-of-the-art systems. You analyze business processes and translate them into functional designs.
A typical workday includes:
- Conducting business analyses and identifying possible solutions;
- Coaching colleagues and guiding interns during sprints;
- Designing and architecting digital products;
- Creating and coordinating test plans for software quality;
- Developing and executing implementation plans according to KLM IT guidelines.
At the start, your work will focus on improving C++ applications.
Where do you land?
You will work from our office in Amsterdam together with an enthusiastic team within the Decision Support department. Here, you will interact with various disciplines within the commercial division, including Revenue Management, Sales, and Digital. You will be part of a close‑knit group of professionals working together towards innovative solutions.
Your profile
You are a proactive and solution‑oriented professional who quickly adapts to new challenges. You analyze problems in no time and effortlessly switch between tasks. With your communication skills, you clearly explain complex topics to various audiences.
Requirements:
- You have a bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant field;
- You have more than 2 years of programming experience;
- You are familiar with software development and basic testing principles;
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- You have experience with data‑driven projects and IT innovations.
