Functieomschrijving

• Create, execute and report the finding in the test scenario ;
• Solving incidents and executing the product backlog items ;
• You will gather requirements from different stakeholders.
• Create and maintaining regression tests
• Backend testing, validating, verifying, and qualifying data;
• Creating, maintaining and executing automated and manual tests;
• Drafting, managing and executing test scripts and test plans;
• Assessing and reporting test results to Developers and making suggestions for improvement;
• You will be responsible for improving work processes.

Over het bedrijf

You will work at one of the largest financial organizations in the Netherlands. The department that you are going to work for is called transaction reporting.

The team that you are going to join is responsible for testing applications that are reports the mandatory transactions and trade reporting on behalf of the organization to various regulators such as Dutch national Bank the national authority for financial markets. As a Test Engineer, you will work with data that is funneled through the databases and multiple applications connecting the Backend of the main application.

Functie-eisen

• You have at least 4 years working experience as a Test Engineer;
• You have experience with a test automation framework, such as Specflow, Selenium, Cucumber or Cypress;
• You have experience in setting up end to end test environments
• You have experience with Interface testing;
• You have experience with SQL, XML and JSON;
• You have experience with API testing;
• You have hands on experience with setting up CICD pipelines; (nice to have);
• You have experience with Public Cloud (nice to have);
• You are familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• You have good communication skills in English;
• You take initiative, are analytical and are a team player.
