Your Responsibilities

You will be closely involved in both the tendering and execution processes of our infrastructure and road construction projects within the Rotterdam ports and surrounding industries. In close collaboration with our clients, subcontractors, and colleagues, you will analyze the diverse information you gather. You will then translate this information into a solid plan, continuously considering aspects of time, budget, quality, and above all, safety. We can rely on you!

You will work at Dura Vermeer Port & Industry, with the office located in Botlek Rotterdam. We work for clients in the port areas and for private clients in the industry. We take on a lot of work, and our ambitions reach much further, so we are going to grow significantly! This is Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university degree (WO).
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work both structured and quickly switch to ad‑hoc tasks.
• Your communication skills are clear and effective. You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview.
• Customer orientation is your second nature, and working under time pressure and deadlines does not scare you.
