Sr SAP Project/Program manager

For our SAP practice, we are excited to announce that we are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager! In this role, you will lead national or international projects, coordinate heterogeneous teams, and act as the owner of IT/SAP solutions within your areas of responsibility. You will develop and implement end-to-end project management activities, proactively monitor deliverables and project financials, and establish strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead national or international projects, including the technical coordination of heterogeneous teams.
• Establish strong collaboration with internal and external contacts at management level as well as offshore liaison officers.
• Act as an owner of the IT/SAP solutions in the area/areas of responsibility.
• Develop and implement activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, priorities, and requirements through implementation.
• Proactively monitor, handle, and report on the execution of deliverables and project financials.
• Lead several projects in parallel (multi-project management).
• Coordinate with vendors during project execution.
• Work proactively with customers and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Establish a working atmosphere as part of the project delivery process that supports teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs.
• Experience in SAP RISE and SAP Grow projects
• Proven understanding of Supply Chain processes and financial processes
• Experience in implementation and migration to SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield and Brownfield) as well as fit-to-standard approach.
• Managed at least 5 full life cycle SAP projects, preferably in SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading IT projects with specific experience and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, both functionally and technically oriented projects, such as upgrades and new installations.
• Active certifications of SAP S/4HANA with SAP PM
• Confirmed project management skills, knowledge, and experience with new technology projects (PMP PMI certification is considered an advantage).
• Excellent Dutch communication skills and fluency in English.
