Role Overview

As a BI Developer at Atos, you will design and implement powerful dashboards and reports that help organisations make strategic decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand their data needs and translate them into visual solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, and support business leaders in identifying and prioritising high‑value problems. You will also deliver presentations to senior management and support clients through training and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user‑centric, dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• ise on best practices for data visualisation and modelling.
• Integrate diverse data sources into scalable Power BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights based on structured, reliable data.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions and achieve results.
• Proactively manage, improve, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Support client enablement through training and workshops.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in BIli>
• Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, data visualisation and data modelling.
• Experience applying BI solutions in cloud environments (e.g., Data Factory, Azure SQL DB, Synapse, Power BI Embedded).
• Familiarity with Python, R, Databricks, Snowflake, or Apache Spark is a plus.
• Agile team experience (Scrum, DevOps).
• Strong communication and consultancy skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English.
• Willingness to travel and work at client locations.
