Our Projects

• Responsible AI implementation at a large bank that is already very advanced with ML and AI applications
• Large AI and automation program for a client in the logistics sector, where the project team travels a lot and business stakeholders are very involved in AI innovations
• Various projects and roles within the aviation sector at airlines and airports in the field of data, AI, and digitalization
• Exploration of (Gen)AI and development of use cases at a large government ministry, using our own GenAI platform

Your Impact

As a Senior Data & AI Consultant, you will play an important role in leading and executing data-driven transformation projects for our clients. Your expertise in data, analytics, and AI will help clients successfully integrate advanced technologies into their business processes, with a focus on sustainable growth and innovation. You will collaborate with clients to define, design, and initiate innovative solutions and be involved in the implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Client engagement and relationship management: building strong relationships and thoroughly understanding client needs to deliver tailored data and AI solutions
• Pre-sales support and proposal development: participating in pre-sales activities such as assessing opportunities, developing business cases, and supporting the proposal process to win new projects
• Innovation and thought leadership: staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends, and sharing these insights with clients and colleagues
• Strategy and exploration: developing and implementing data-driven transformation strategies that align with client objectives and exploring innovative solutions for complex challenges
• Solution design and execution: overseeing the design and implementation of scalable data and AI solutions that fit business goals and integrate well with existing systems
• Stakeholder management: collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders
• Change management: supporting change processes, fostering a data-driven culture, and ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication and training

What you bring

• A degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management, or a comparable field
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation consulting, with a clear focus on data, analytics, and AI
• Strong project management and business analysis skills, combined with experience in facilitating workshops and applying methodologies such as design thinking, agile, and ADKAR
• Ability to translate between analysis and execution
• Experience with data visualization and analytics or AI tools (such as Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, or XAI) is a plus
