Innovation management | business administration internship: IT innovation

Join ASML’s IT Office of the CIO (OCIO), a team of 50 professionals driving IT strategy and innovation. We connect technology with business needs to enable ASML’s growth. Our IT Strategy, Innovation & Portfolio Management team supports leadership in shaping and executing IT strategy. To strengthen our innovation capability, we are looking for an intern who will help us bring IT innovation management to the next level. Your assignment

You will work closely with the IT Innovation Manager to orchestrate innovation initiatives that align with ASML’s goals. Your contribution will help us identify emerging technologies and create business value through experimentation.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Support the IT Innovation Manager in organizing innovation events and workshops.
• Facilitate idea generation sessions and hackathons.
• Research trends in emerging technologies and assess their potential impact.
• Identify innovative technologies to enhance ASML’s IT service portfolio.
• Prepare compelling business cases for technology experiments.
• Monitor best practices in IT innovation and share insights with the team.
• Assist in managing the IT innovation portfolio and tracking progress.

Your profile

• Are enrolled in a master’s degree in business administration, innovation management, or a related field.
• Have a strong interest in IT, being creative with IT and emerging technologies.
• Are proactive, have great organizing & planning skills and are comfortable with presenting.
• Can communicate effectively and bring creative ideas to the table.

Other requirements you need to meet

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship ;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
