Communication | Media Design internship: learning content, communication and video design

Introduction

Join ASML’s Sourcing & Supply Chain (SS&C) Academy and help us create engaging content that makes learning impactful and accessible. The Academy works closely with the business to identify learning opportunities that improve performance and team dynamics. We design and deliver training programs that help employees understand processes, tools, and ways of working.

As a Content, Communication & Video Intern, you will develop onboarding materials, create visual content, and produce short videos that explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way. This internship offers creativity, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on how we communicate and share knowledge across ASML.

Your Assignment

You will support the Academy team in creating and maintaining high-quality communication and learning materials. Key deliverables include:

• Develop written and visual content for onboarding and training programs.
• Set up and maintain the Academy SharePoint page.
• Write and edit content for newsletters, FAQs, and emails.
• Brainstorm, record, and edit video content (e.g., training, introductions, micro‑learnings).
• Design communication templates for presentations, visuals, and formats.

This is an internship (non‑thesis) between 4 to 6 months. It requires an investment of 32‑40 hours per week, out of which 3 days per week are onsite in Veldhoven. It is set to start in February 2026.

Your Profile

To be a perfect match for this internship you:

• are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communication, Media Design, Creative Business, or a related field
• have strong affinity with communication, media, and storytelling
• have experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (would be a major plus)
• are creative, proactive, and able to work in a structured way
• are able to communicate in English on a professional level

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
