Introduction

Join ASML’s Legal Operations and Strategy Execution team, part of the dynamic and growing Legal & Compliance (L&C) department. The team empowers L&C to operate efficiently and strategically, driving performance and alignment across the organization. As an intern, you’ll contribute to enhancing communication and collaboration within the department. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in legal operations and strategic communications.

Your Assignment

• Develop communication plans to support effective internal messaging
• Create engaging materials such as newsletters and Teams messages
• Contribute to the optimization and rollout of the Legal Operations and Strategy Execution Framework
• Support learning and knowledge‑sharing initiatives
• Assist with operational tasks to support the team’s daily activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve communication workflows

Your profile

• Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field
• Are collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment
• Can prioritize tasks independently and manage your time effectively
• Are proactive, organized, creative and resilient under pressure
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Other requirements you need to meet

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate
• If you are a non‑EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement)
