Responsibilities

• We are looking for a proactive intern to support our Supply Chain team by improving processes, updating work instructions, communicating changes, and analyzing workflows to identify gaps and propose solutions.

Internship Overview

• Create and update work instructions to support production processes.
• Communicate changes effectively to relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Assist in process creation and cross‑functional collaboration between departments such as QESH, Supply Chain, and Production.
• Map and analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Identify tools and solutions to sustain and optimize new processes.

Qualifications

Education:

• HBO level, preferably in Business Administration, Business Innovation, Quality & Business Improvement, or similar fields.

Skills:

• Analytical mindset, stakeholder management, communication, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn. Experience with Excel, process mapping software, Smartsheet is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Language:

• Excellent English skills.

Availability:

• Minimum 5‑month internship, 32 hours/week (3 days onsite in Tilburg, 1 day remote).
