Maintenance & Engineering team in Tilburg
To strengthen our Maintenance & Engineering team in Tilburg, we are looking for a hands‑on and motivated technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production lines and installations
- Ensure machines, tools, and facilities comply with safety standards and regulations
- Support engineers with mechanical and basic electrical work; recognize and escalate electrical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
- Contribute to maintenance and improvement projects
- Conduct routine inspections and technical checks
- Execute preventive maintenance according to planning
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with operators and colleagues
Qualifications
- MBO-4 diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced maintenance or production environment
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills and hands‑on mindset
- Experience in food production, industrial hygiene, or electrical work
- Comfortable using MS Office
- Good command of English
