Job Description

Overview

As an intern in Early Careers Recruitment, you are responsible for attracting the next generation, building our internal intern community and becoming a PepsiCo ambassador, joining us at campus fairs.

What will you do?

Together with your future manager, make a difference in our 2 biggest campus projects (First Gen and Dare To Do More): How to attract Gen Z? How to make the recruitment, pre-boarding and onboarding at PepsiCo the best experience?

Act as a real matchmaker between a candidate and their possible future career within PepsiCo. You can't wait to convince them of a PepsiCo job!

Aside from thinking about how to best recruit the next generation, you also spend time on the Intern Community. From organizing workshops & creating the intern newsletter to having informal events, the Intern Community offers opportunities to learn, connect and share your experiences at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

Who are you?

• You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• By letting your creative mind run wild, you effortlessly turn ideas into striking social media content
• You are enthusiastic about managing various projects: from content creation to recruiting top talent
• You are a personal, energetic and go-getter who is passionate about people and enjoys working in a fast-paced, proactive and innovative organization
