To strengthen our Supply Chain Planning team in Tilburg, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced eCommerce Collaboration Assoc Supervisor to join the Sparkling team!
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage demand forecasts for Amazon Europe across all SodaStream product categories.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to integrate market intelligence, promotions, and trends into forecasts.
- Drive the monthly Demand Review process as part of S&OP.
- Act as the primary supply chain contact for Amazon EU, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on demand, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Represent SodaStream in weekly and monthly alignment calls with Amazon on forecasting accuracy, delivery performance, and supply chain KPIs.
- Balance demand plans with supply capabilities, ensuring adequate stock coverage while reducing excess inventory.
- Monitor SKU performance, lifecycle transitions, and new product launches in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to drive supply chain efficiency, cost reduction, and improved responsiveness (e.g., packaging optimization, logistics cost reduction, automation).
- Identify bottlenecks, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
- Track and analyze KPIs, including forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory health, and logistics costs; provide insightful reports and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management (FMCG, consumer goods, or e‑commerce background preferred).
- Solid understanding of Amazon supply chain operations (VendorCentral / SellerCentral, replenishment models, inventory management).
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel/Power BI proficiency (experience with planning tools such as SAP APO, Kinaxis, o9, or equivalent is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English (other European languages a plus, especially Dutch or German).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving cross‑functional supply chain programs.
- You combine sharp analytical skills with a practical, results‑driven mindset, turning insights into actionable solutions.
- Dutch work permit, we cannot support HSM VISA for this role.
