Do you want play a leading role in the execution of the NN Group wide transformation in the coming years? We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant who is able to help execute the NN Group wide strategic direction for the years to come.

Like many companies, NN Group is focused on digital transformation. In this respect, we developed an extensive programme, called ‘Future Ready‘. The programme is already well underway, and you will play a key role in navigating and advancing the ongoing challenges throughout its execution.

What you are going to do

• You will be in charge of the execution of NN’s Group wide transformation for the coming years. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• You will have a leading role within the Future Ready Transformation Office, focused on making NN future ready in the years to come
• You will be part of a team that is conducting ~3 month projects, in which you will work as a Senior internal management consultant with internal NN clients
• You will be responsible for – together with the engagement manager - making these projects a success, from the initiation phase to presenting the results of the implementation to the management board of NN Group
• These projects will include questions around growth initiatives (cross border and cross products), steering the distribution channel mix without impacting customer satisfaction, AI related delivery across NN, and organisational steering challenges to enforce that the dilemmas to deliver in time  are picked up at the right level of the organisation
• You will prepare updates for the Management Board (MB) and Supervisory Board (SB)]

• Salary between €7,635 and €10,907 based on a 40 hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are

• A strategy consultant with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of strategy consulting within the financial industry, and proven ability to combine strategic vision with project management execution
• Experience or strong affinity with the ins and outs of an insurance company
• An approachable personality and stakeholder manager, who enjoys collaboration and is able to open doors and successfully build and manage relationships and networks
• Strong ability to work and communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders in different cultural, functional and geographical boundaries (preference for candidates with international working experience)
• A very structured professional, with a strong business acumen and ‘can-do’ mentality
• Excellent communication skills (English required, Dutch is valued)

Your position is reporting directly to Head of the Future Ready Transformation Office. You will work closely with the strategy teams in each of the business units and with external consultants if required.
