Are you ready to shape the future? We are looking for a passionate Implementation Manager to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind the rollout of groundbreaking AI chatbot technology within NN. With your affinity for digital services and your excellent stakeholder management skills you will ensure that our customers fully benefit from this innovative technology.

What you are going to do

You will be part of Team Chat, which builds scalable and repeatable AI-based chat solutions for the entire Nationale-Nederlanden group. As a key member of the Team Chat you will be responsible for implementing the chatbot solutions developed by our technology team to meet the specific needs of each Business Unit. This involves coordinating with multiple groups, closely monitoring progress, and ultimately using all the input to continuously improve the chatbot.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of chatbot technology across various departments
• Collaborate with Business Units to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into requirements
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely and successful delivery
• Monitor progress and report metrics
• Identify and help resolve any issues during the implementation
• Work closely with Team Chat to ensure the technological development aligns with business needs

Who you are

You are a curious and result-driven person who thrives in Agile environments. To be successful in this role:

• You have a bachelor's degree or higher
• Your excellent communication skills help you manage complex stakeholder fields in both Dutch (C2-level) and English
• You’re skilled at implementing technology solutions within a business environment – Gen AI knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to teach you
• It’s a plus to have an affinity for data and know how to translate it into actionable insights, for example using Python
• You’re a structured, analytical and creative person who gets things done

Who you will work with

You’ll be part of Team Chat: an Agile, self-organizing, and international team of engineers, data scientists, and designers in the Customer and Digital domain. Together we build and maintain the digital assistant that powers customer journeys across NN and subsidiaries. English is our working language.

We work according to the Scrum methodology and alternate between working from home and working at the office, which is within walking distance of The Hague Laan van NOI and The Hague Central stations. The atmosphere is collegial and open, with plenty of room for personal input and development.

At Nationale-Nederlanden, we work in a hybrid manner. Partly from home and partly at the office. Teams meet digitally, physically, or in a hybrid format. You and your team will decide what works best. Our offices are designed to provide suitable spaces for every type of work. The official location for this position is The Hague.
