Wat ga je doen?

You won't get bored! The work is fun and varied and from day one, you’re part of the vibrant and diverse teamlidl! Together you’ll stock the shelves and keep the store clean. Some-times you’re behind the cash register with a big smile and at other times you’re making a customer’s day by telling them where to find the vegetarian minced meat. Looking for more responsibility? That’s possible. Then you can get responsible for the fruit and vegetables department or be in charge of our bakery. Sounds good, right?

Wie ben jij?

The most important thing is that you are a go-getter. Something needs to be done? BAM, you're on it! You’ve never worked in a supermarket before? No worries, everything will be explained to you. What else is important:

• Naturally, you’re friendly and helpful (towards customers and your dear colleagues)
• You are 16 years or older

Wat krijg jij van ons?

Definitely a side job that isn't BORING. And your colleagues? They might become your friends. You can indicate how many hours you want to work. Less hours next month? That’s fine. More shifts during the holidays? No problem! You get paid for every minute that you work. Moreover, we spice up the job with team activities and our annual Lidl football tournament.

Your salary as a part-time supermarket employee

Your hourly salary is age-dependent and varies based on the number of hours you work. Check it out:

• 16 years: € 6.98 per hour.
• 17 years: € 7.99 per hour.
• 18 years: € 9.54 per hour.
• 19 years: € 11.45 per hour.
• 20 years: € 15.27 per hour.
• 21+ years: € 19.08 per hour.
