What will you be doing?

You won't get bored! The work is nicely varied, and you'll immediately become part of a close-knit, diverse group: #teamlidl! Together, you'll stock the shelves and keep the store tidy. Sometimes you'll be behind the checkout with a big smile, and sometimes you'll make a customer incredibly happy by telling them where the vegetarian mince is. And do you want a bit more responsibility? That's possible in the fruit and vegetable department or the bakery. Nice!

Who are you?

The most important thing is that you're a go-getter. Does something need doing? BAM, you're already there! And have you never worked in a supermarket before? No problem, you'll be explained everything beforehand. What else is important:

• Most importantly, you are friendly and helpful (towards customers and your lovely colleagues).
• You are 15 years or older*.

* If you are 15 years old, you will have an adapted task package. During onboarding, you will learn everything you need to know for a great start. From 16 years old, you will be deployed as an all-rounder with us.

How much you earn depends on your age and the number of hours you work. Below you can see your hourly salary.
