Konnektid is a web application built upon NodeJS, CouchDB, MongoDB, ReactJS, Sass, HTML5 and more. We are introducing Docker and Neo4j in our stack, and we believe microservices will bring us to the next level.
We are looking for a smart and experienced software engineer that understands what it means to be working in a startup.
Show us you are up to date with the latest trends and practices, that you can easily pick up new framework, programming language or techniques and that you can hold a conversation about why a solution is great or not so much. You are not afraid to voice your constructive opinion but you are flexible enough to change it if someone has a better idea.
We expect you to be curious and have a hands on mentality, from CSS to bash scripting to big architectural decisions. You will be employed in all the layers of our stack and are eager to put your head to work on that amazing graph we are building.
You can work in a chaotic environment and stay focused and productive, and you like to find innovative solutions to the technical daily problems that you will discuss them with the team in our weekly meetup.

Als starter bij Konnektid werk je aan uitdagende projecten binnen de educatieve technologie. Je week bestaat uit projectwerk, persoonlijke coaching en trainingen gericht op professionele ontwikkeling. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van een team, waarin je samenwerkt met collega's uit verschillende disciplines.
Konnektid biedt diverse doorgroeimogelijkheden, afhankelijk van prestaties en ambities. Na het afronden van het traineeship kun je doorgroeien naar specialistische of leidinggevende functies binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden om je verder te specialiseren in verschillende vakgebieden.
Konnektid investeert in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van persoonlijke coaching, begeleiding en training. Er is ruimte voor persoonlijke en professionele groei, met aandacht voor zowel technische als soft skills.
Als starter bij Konnektid ontvang je een bruto jaarsalaris van ongeveer €4.200, afhankelijk van de functie en ervaring. Salarisgroei is gebaseerd op prestaties, ervaring en marktconformiteit. Daarnaast biedt Konnektid uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een pensioenregeling en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
Konnektid hecht waarde aan een goede werk-privébalans. Flexibele werktijden en thuiswerkmogelijkheden zijn bespreekbaar, afhankelijk van de functie. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden voor extra vakantiedagen via het individueel keuzebudget.
Konnektid is voornamelijk actief in Nederland, waardoor internationale ervaring beperkt is. Echter, er zijn mogelijkheden om ervaring op te doen bij diverse projecten binnen het land.
