Sr. Business Development Manager Germany
Joulz is on the move. With our solutions in sustainable energy infrastructure, we help companies and industries accelerate the energy transition. We are now expanding our activities into Germany and are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager to open the market, build relationships, and turn new opportunities into growth.
What You Will Do
As Senior Business Development Manager Germany, you will be responsible for Joulz’s commercial development in the German market. You will bring our proposition to life for customers, partners, and stakeholders and lay the foundation for a sustainable market position. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities in energy, infrastructure, and real estate, building long‑term relationships with strategic clients, and working closely with the team in the Netherlands. With your knowledge of German culture, language, and business environment, you know exactly how to build trust and deliver results.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the market strategy for Germany
- Identify and secure new customers and partnerships
- Represent Joulz in strategic discussions, trade fairs, and networking events
- Translate customer needs into concrete business cases
- Collaborate with the commercial and technical team in the Netherlands for successful execution
- Build a local presence in Germany, including setting up the first office
What You Bring
- Experience in business development or commercial roles
- Strong affinity with the German market, culture, and language
- Familiarity with the energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
- Ability to work internationally and adapt flexibly
- Entrepreneurial mindset and natural persuasiveness
- High IQ and EQ: strategically sharp, relationally strong
- Experience with market introductions or commercial expansion is a plus

Daarnaast biedt Joulz secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een Persoonlijk Budget van 24% bovenop je salaris, een pensioenregeling waarbij 70% van de premie door Joulz wordt betaald, en de mogelijkheid tot het kopen van extra verlofdagen.
