Audit Supervisor - CAS Compliance
As an Audit Supervisor, you'll lead and participate in audits from planning to reporting, interacting with senior stakeholders within the bank. You'll perform audits centrally and across various ING locations. The audits are in the domain of KYC, FEC/AML, FATCA/CRS, USW, compliance function (2LoD) and Conduct.
The team
Join our enthusiastic and knowledgeable CAS Compliance team in Amsterdam (team is around 14 FTE). Our international audits are a collaborative effort between local audit teams and our central CAS Compliance team. As part of the CAS Risk & Finance Division, you'll be part of ING’s global internal audit department, a highly professional team of over 400 people worldwide. Your profile
Strong verbal, writing, analytical and interpersonal skills help you to ask the right questions and get the right information. Good communication skills are also important when you have to overcome resistance first. You are accurate, diligent and describe yourself as a team player who is very capable of working in international teams, coaching individuals, sharing specialist knowledge and managing staff assignments.
Furthermore, you adhere to the ING values and it is evident for you that your behaviour is fully aligned with these values. You are also prepared to take the Banker's Oath.

- Lead and perform high-quality audits within time and budget constraints.
- Independently develop audit work programs.

Academic Excellence
- Hold an academic degree, preferably with certification in Internal Auditing.
Experience
- Bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in audit in the domains KYC, FEC/AML, FATCA/CRS, USW, compliance function (2LoD) and Conduct within a financial institution, accountancy, consulting firm, or global organization.
Skills
- Demonstrate strong verbal, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills to ask the right questions, overcome resistance, and convey important information effectively.
Personality
- Be sceptical, accurate, and a result-oriented team player capable of working in international teams.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English.
Travel
- Willingness to travel depending on assignments.

Het sollicitatieproces voor het International Talent Programme (ITP) van ING bestaat uit meerdere stappen. Je begint met het indienen van je cv, cijferlijst en het beantwoorden van motivatievragen. Een traditionele motivatiebrief is niet nodig. Vervolgens doorloop je een online assessment, gevolgd door één of meerdere interviews. Het gehele proces duurt doorgaans vier tot zes weken.
Als starter bij ING werk je aan diverse projecten binnen je vakgebied, zoals finance, risk of IT. Je week bestaat uit klantoverleggen, teammeetings en tijd voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Flexibiliteit is belangrijk; je werkt zowel op kantoor, bij de klant als vanuit huis.
Na het afronden van het ITP stroom je door naar een vaste functie binnen ING. Er zijn diverse programma's en trainingen beschikbaar om je te ondersteunen in je professionele ontwikkeling, afhankelijk van je interesses en prestaties.

Het startsalaris voor een starter bij ING varieert, afhankelijk van de functie en ervaring. Bijvoorbeeld, een financieel analist verdient gemiddeld €51.613 per jaar.
