Contract: 1 year starting contract

Hours: 40 hours a week

How you keep the engine running with us

As an AOG Support Representative at Fokker Services, you will be part of a dedicated AOG Team of ~7 FTE, working in a 24/7 roster. You will be accountable for and ensure a smooth operation of our AOG and Inspection Services in accordance with the agreed Service Levels. You will actively manage the operational priorities. It is your responsibility to provide our customers with the best possible Services and AOG Support. Be a point of contact for (new) customers that request AOG Support and manage the communication. In case of an AOG no stock situation, you will expedite orders, or source from the supplier and/or aftermarket, arrange (drop) shipments and all other tasks necessary to fulfil the Customer requirement. When there are no AOG requirements to fulfil, you will support the Logistics by performing inspections of parts, prepare picks, prepare shipments of parts, including export declarations. Further, you ensure that 5S and waste control for your area is in place and maintain it at the required standard. As an AOG Support Representative, you oversee that all tasks are processed, performed and administered in our ERP systems in accordance with our internal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, register and manage AOG Request and Orders;
  • Create Sales Orders and Pick Tickets;
  • Inspect and Certify Aircraft Parts i.a.w. the required regulations;
  • Create and prepare shipments including export documentation;
  • Receive, inspect and certify inbound material;
  • Ensure a flawless administration in our different ERP Systems;
  • Prioritize workload and escalate to Logistic Leads when required;
  • Maintain constant communication with Customers and all stakeholders to ensure alignment;
  • Waste control and keep the work environment and surroundings clean and tidy (5S);
  • Perform all other required duties to keep the logistics department/warehouse operational;
  • Able to set the right priorities and work according to the defined standards;
  • Able to improvise on AOG requests;

How you are valuable to us

  • MBO4 or HBO level by education or experience;
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Preferably experienced in (aerospace) logistics;
  • Fluent in Dutch & Advanced in English (verbal and written);
  • Basic technical knowledge of aircraft parts and tooling preferred;
  • Forklift license (Narrow-Aisle & Reach) or willing to obtain must;
  • Requirement to pass internal training programs;
  • Flexible and agile attitude;
  • Stress resistant, be able to perform under pressure;
  • Accurate and result oriented;
  • Team player;
  • Currently living in the Netherlands.

Als starter bij Fokker Technologies ontvang je een bruto maandsalaris van ongeveer €2.600 tot €3.000, afhankelijk van de functie en ervaring.
