As a Consultant Future Organization you help clients make their organisation and people future‑proof. The Future Organization team at Deloitte is a market leader in EMEA and advises executives in various sectors on sustainable transformations.

How you’ll do this

• You are end‑to‑end responsible for specific objectives within project teams. As you gain experience your responsibilities will increase.
• You support the delivery of project objectives.
• You prepare client materials for workshops and client sessions and take responsibility for the quality of the work.
• You support project‑management activities and industry‑ and/or market proposals.
• You organise internal meetings and projects.

Requirements

• A relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Sciences).
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience in Operating Model & Organisation Design, Workforce Strategies & Intelligence or Adaptable Organisation.
• Analytical, goal‑oriented and practical mindset with excellent command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Affinity for at least one of the FO topics and interest in the others.

Team & Culture

You will work with about 180 colleagues in the Organizational Transformation team, part of Deloitte Technology & Transformation. The team supports clients in developing and implementing large‑scale international transformations, advising on new processes, IT systems, the human side of mergers, organisational redesign, change strategies and communication.
