What are we looking for?

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (not limited to Finance; other analytical backgrounds are welcome).
• You have no more than two years of work experience since graduating.
• You demonstrate curiosity, dedication, and an open-minded attitude.
• You are willing to travel to different Damen locations.
• You are ready to take ownership and turn ideas into action.
