Jij gaat het maken

Als SAP S/4HANA Maintenance (CS/PM/FSM) Expert bij Croonwolter&dros speel je een sleutelrol in het beheer en de optimalisatie van onze SAP S/4HANA-service- en onderhoudsprocessen. Je werkt samen met diverse teams om de integratie te verbeteren en bedrijfsfunctionaliteiten uit te breiden. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan gebruikers en neem je actief deel aan projecten zoals release upgrades en systeemuitbreidingen.

Hoe je dat doet? Zo:

• Beheren en optimaliseren van SAP CS/PM en FSM binnen S/4HANA om een naadloze proces- en masterdataflow te waarborgen;
• Samenwerken met de business om de beschikbaarheid en integratie van SAP-oplossingen te optimaliseren;
• Verbeteren van serviceprocessen en onderhoudsstrategieën voor een efficiëntere bedrijfsvoering;
• Bieden van ondersteuning en expertise aan gebruikers, zowel online als op locatie;
• Uitbreiden van bedrijfsfunctionaliteiten met aanvullende technologieën en nieuwe SAP-functionaliteiten;
• Implementeren van SAP best practices en bijdragen aan release upgrades en systeemuitbreidingen;
• Samenwerken met IT-teams en de business om de compatibiliteit en integratie van onderhoudsprocessen te waarborgen.

Jij bent een analytische en oplossingsgerichte professional met een passie voor SAP en serviceprocessen. Wat je nog meer in huis hebt:

• Aantoonbare ervaring met SAP CS/PM en/of FSM, of sterke ervaring met service management processen zoals service order management, service contract management en garantiebeheer;
• Bekendheid met bedrijfsprocessen in sectoren zoals productie, nutsbedrijven, installatietechniek of professionele diensten;
• Diepgaande kennis van onderhoudsprocessen en strategieën;
• Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen;
• Sterke communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden;
• Bereidheid om binnen Nederland te reizen naar verschillende CWD-locaties (ongeveer 10%);
• Professioneel niveau van Nederlands (C2);
• Ervaring met S/4HANA Private Cloud of On-Premise en Fiori.
