BIM Modeler – Schiphol/ hybrid

As a BIM Modeler at Allinq, you are responsible for converting scan and measurement data into high-quality, three-dimensional 3D models. Your work ensures that infrastructure and buildings are accurately represented digitally, which is essential for the construction, management and maintenance of telecom, infrastructure and utility projects. You provide the digital foundation on which engineers, planners and other colleagues build.

Wat ga je doen?

You process point cloud and LIDAR data into 3D models using software such as Revit. You model architectural and technical building elements and ensure that your models comply with quality standards and BIM guidelines. You work independently and take responsibility for the quality, consistency and accuracy of your models. You actively contribute to improving modeling processes and workflows, and you maintain contact with colleagues, clients and subcontractors to ensure proper data exchange and usability.

These are the main tasks for the BIM Modeler:

• Converting scan and LIDAR data into 3D models
• Modeling architectural and technical building elements in Revit and creating Revit families for reuse
• Ensuring consistency and quality of models according to BIM guidelines
• Contributing to the improvement of modeling processes and workflows
• Collaborating with engineers, project teams and external parties for correct data transfer and model usage

Wat breng je mee?

To excel in this position, you must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. More years of experience is more than welcome as we are also looking for medior and senior modelers. Skill in handling Revit models independently in all aspects is crucial. We are looking for a team player who embraces constructive criticism and consistently delivers results. Innovation and effective communication are paramount, as is a strong focus on both internal and external collaboration.

Additional qualifications include:

• Demonstrated expertise in Revit (including families and NL - SFB), Scan to BIM and Point Cloud. An assessment on these skills is part of the procedure.
• Fluent English language skills (both written and oral); proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar position within a similar company is a plus.
• You live within one hour travel distance from our Schiphol office.
