Your job

• Collaborate with solution architects, business teams, and IT managers to design and implement SAP security solutions that safeguard our clients' most valuable assets
• Work closely with internal control specialists and Service Delivery Management to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and control sets, including SoD resolution, critical activities and SAP emergency access.
• Take on a delivery lead role, leveraging your experience to manage projects and drive success
• Lead security workshops and demos to carry team members to a higher level

Qualification

Your background

• 5+ years of experience in SAP security design, analysis, configuration, compliance and implementation (experience across multiple projects is a plus).
• Experience in SAP S/4Hana Fiori, Catalog, Spaces and Pages.
• Understanding of SAP authorization role design and implementation, SoD conflict analysis and resolutions, user/role maintenance and provisioning
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Expertise in SAP security basics, authorization concepts, (Central) User Administration and Single‑Sign On strategies.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple SAP modules/solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with GRC tools, including Emergency Access and Risk Analysis.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOx) and GDPR is a plus.
• Audit resolution experience
• Fluency in English and any European language (Dutch preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori configuration, Fiori security and app extensibility

Bonus points if you have

• Awareness of security and risk management.
• Experience with SAP GRC 12 Access Control/Process Control and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP Security (SAP Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM)
• Recent SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) certification and/or SAP Security certification
• Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Strong analytical skills, planning and prioritization abilities, team lead capabilities
• A proactive, service‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.
