What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with solution architects, business teams, and IT managers to design and implement SAP security solutions that safeguard our clients' most valuable assets.
• Work closely with internal control specialists and Service Delivery Management to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and control sets, including SOD resolution, critical activities, and SAP emergency access.
• Take on a delivery lead role, leveraging your experience to manage projects and drive success.

Qualification

What We’re Looking For

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP security design, analysis, configuration, compliance, and implementation (experience across multiple projects is a plus).
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Expertise in SAP Security Basics, Authorization Concepts, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration.
• Experience resolving SOD conflicts.
• Hands-on experience with multiple SAP modules/solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with GRC tools, including Emergency Access and Risk Analysis.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and GDPR is a plus.
• Audit resolution experience
• Fluency in English and any European language (Dutch preferred)

Bonus Points If You Have

• Awareness of security and risk management.
• SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) certification and SAP Security certification
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
• A proactive, service-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
