What you'll do:

• Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive tangible business outcomes and improve client performance.
• Contribute to innovative Data & AI solutions including analytics, dashboards, data visualization, and responsible AI implementations.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI, Data Mesh, and advanced analytics platforms alongside our ecosystem partners including Microsoft, AWS, Google, and Snowflake.
• Advise and shape technical solutions that help clients maximize the value of their data through data management and intelligent automation.
• Develop your expertise in SQL, Python, and emerging AI/ML technologies while building consulting skills in diverse client environments.

Qualification

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with an IT component.
• Experience: Ambitious starter with 0-2 years of experience ready to launch your consulting career.
• Skills: Fluent in Dutch (verbal and written), strong affinity with Data & AI technologies including SQL and Python, exceptional written and spoken skills in English.
• Mindset: A proactive and adaptable thinker who is eager to learn and adopt new technologies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
