Your role
We are looking for a high potential strategic business analyst who can help Wehkamp reach the next level in our ambitions. The strategic business analyst will report directly to the CFO of the Wehkamp group.
As a strategic business analyst you support strategy definition and validation for the Wehkamp group. Your primary responsibilities are the facilitation of strategic decision making and further translation of this decision making into financial metrics and targets. To achieve this, it is vital that you provide the management team with external and internal data and insights. As a strategic business analyst, you will initiate discussions around strategy and/or investments with the right analysis and insights. The follow up will be the communication of the strategy and decisions, and translation of these decisions into the measurement and monitoring of financial targets.

Your profile
- University degree in a relevant field
- 3 till 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably as a strategy / business analyst
- Experience in a retail/ecommerce organization is preferable
- Strong research and analytical skills, able to bring together data from external and internal sources
- Experienced user of Excel (and other relevant analysis tools), powerpoint, some exposure to Business Intelligence type of tools will help
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, as well as in English
