Senior Procurement Manager – Contingent Workforce & Payroll Global

• Global Category leadership.
• Setting up productive stakeholder relationships and understanding business needs and transformation programmes.

• Translating sourcing strategies into Strategy into Action plans and transformational projects; and leading and delivering plans and projects with and through others.
• Leading supplier selection, supply base rationalisation and supply base/supplier development.
• Setting up, driving and delivering agendas on Cash & Cost, Capacity & Capability Development, Innovation, Operational Excellence and Responsible Sourcing.
• Ensuring compliance with Codes & Policies.
• Ensuring Risk mitigation and delivering on Business Continuity Plans.
• Communication and co-ordination around Portfolios. 

• Contributing to people and team development.
• Contributing to Operating Frameworks and Ways of Working.
• Contributing to overall team results and success.

Relevant experience: 
Essential:

• Degree (Masters or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of business experience.
• Experience in Contingent Workforce and/or Business Services; or capabilities in strategic sourcing and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Demonstrable evidence of commercial acumen.
• Growth mind-set, (internal) customer focus and bias for action.
• Evidence of capabilities to build relationship networks and productive relationships across organisations, countries and cultures.
• Ability to work independently and define, organise, lead and deliver work and priorities in line with the team’s objectives.
• Evidence of capabilities of staff leadership and talent management. 

• Experience with negotiation and contracting.
• Evidence of capabilities in catalysing and leading change and transformation.
• Evidence of ability to work in virtual teams and global/regional environments.
• Working knowledge (or basic appreciation) of legal.
