Main purpose of the job

The main purpose of the cluster based IT Analyst role is to support the IT Manager Europe as a representative for the whole of IT, including the IT Service lines, functional Business Partnering and Innovation, with the cluster business teams.

Key to role is to understand the key interfaces into Global IT Innovation, Service Lines & Service Operations within scope of responsibility and work effectively with these teams in the delivery of IT Services to the business.

The IT Analyst must understand the plans for IT in his/her area of responsibility and will participate in the achievement of these plans and effectively communicate these within business teams.

Considering the pan-European nature of this role, the IT Analyst will support the IT Manager Europe in the coordination and execution of critical initiatives across all MCOs in the market cluster, which are fundamental to drive the Geo IT agenda in a coherent and consistent manner leveraging our European scale.

In particular, the IT Analyst will be engaged in the pan-European coordination of:


•Service quality improvement activities in the Market Cluster, driving the relevant engagement with Service Lines and Geo IT Teams in order to achieve the improvement targets committed to the business. 
•Cost optimization initiatives, engaging relevant business stakeholders. IT Service, IT Innovation and Geo IT teams to steer the cost optimization agenda and jointly drive the relevant activities in order to achieve the cost optimization targets committed to the business. 
•IT demand gathering process, covering both Infrastructure and Innovation, liaising relevant functional business and IT teams so requirement as well captured and channeled to the right governance forum. 
•Existing governance framework within IT, such as the monthly engagement meetings with the Service Lines as well as IT Innovation teams.

Skills & Experience

•Knowledge of IT and a natural interest in IT  
•Good level of English, Dutch preferable 
•2 years IT Experience within similar industry  
•Project management experience is a plus
