Forecasting & Reporting Analyst

Main Purpose

 

  1. Consolidate NR at different levels (category/ brand /channel/ segment/ customer) to track top line performance
  2. Lead data provision for IS&OP

 

Accountabilities

 

  • Own a standard suite of reports and toolkits to drive transparency of performance and enable business to make decisions
  • Maintain and issue routine performance reporting (daily, weekly & monthly basis)
  • Support compilation of the rolling net revenue forecasts, assisting in data management, validation analysis and compilation of output reports
  • Provide analytical support and insight to the Sales Finance Manager and Business Partners to continuously improve accuracy of future forecasts
  • Provide analytical support and visibility of promotions effectiveness (ROI) through ownership of monthly promotion scorecard
  • Reconciliation of forecasts by account versus total business, identify amendments and ensure accuracy by period from Volume down to Margin
  • Support the team in preparation of monthly presentations to senior team, including preparation of Hit Plan material and material for other commercial meetings
  • Own the forecasting of Export volumes and Net Revenue
  • Own the administration of the Promote (promotional forecasting system) tool
  • Partner with TM1 system analyst (FP&A team) to ensure integrity of data and hierarchies
