As a Sales Controller you analyze processes and identify the opportunities for sustainable growth. In this role you collaborate with the commercial team and the categories to determine the actions required to achieve the financial targets. You are involved in the planning and control cycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Category and Commercial Division with the forecasting processes
- Be a challenger in the Monthly and Yearly customer Trade spend and Sales forecasts
- Be the single point of contact for the Category and Customer Development Lead
- Identify improvement in the processes and reports
- Analyze management information and give recommendations
- Maintenance of KPIs andsales reports
- Assist in gathering ah hoc data serving the Commercial Division
- Offer support for process implementations and tool customizations
- Be a sparringpartner for the Commercial Division
- Ensure the governance in the financial administration
You are:
A commercially driven junior sales controller, who can easily switch between day-to-day activities and strategic projects.
Basic job requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Financial or Business management;
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Sales Controller or Business Analyst;
- Analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset;
- Demonstrated experience in FMCG/Retail customers;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Experienced in Excel;
- A master in processes and systems;
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
