We are looking for our back office team for a Back Office Manager
The challenge..
Is to manage and direct a team of customer service specialists in their daily operations to delight, meet and where possible, exceed the sales support and service expectations of both internal partners and external customers. Participate in the planning, development, and execution of strategies to drive best practices adoption and sustainable value creation.
• Effectively managing and assisting the Customer Service Back Office team to ensure full support to all customers (internal & external) and timely and correct end-to-end administrative flows, including the management of product, customer and pricing master data.
• Driving product master data improvement projects within the GS1 community.
• Optimizing the Order-to-Cash cycle, reducing Cost-to-Serve and increasing operational efficiencies by planning and satisfying customer demands or replenishment needs in the most cost effective way and required speed, delivering effective business solutions on time and error-free, monitoring the effectiveness of solution design and improving process efficiency through leverage of GLOBE Template functionality.
• Drive value added sales and supply chain initiatives by continuously reviewing customer activity, analyzing data, and identifying trends taking corrective action and modifying procedures where necessary and effective recognition of customer specific opportunities that enhance Nestlé Supply Chain performance.
• Organizing team/department activities to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity of team members.
• Developing, coaching and supporting team members to help them reach their full professional potential and to solve issues and support a continuous improvement culture.
• Establishing and managing the budget for the unit.
What do we offer?

• MSc/BSc in Supply Chain/Logistics is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
• >3 Years of relevant working experience.
• Passion for working with customers, internally and externally.
• A strong desire to develop trust and long term relationships.
• Strive for service improvements and be proactive and responsive to customer demands.
