Job description

LeadBoxer improves sales processes with online lead generation using a task-oriented app for sales. Our core service is registering online engagement in order to assist with lead generation/ identification and sales intel. We'll show you which companies are looking at your site, and what products they are interested in. Mobile version delivers real-time actionable signals based on proprietary customisable lead-scoring technology.

As a Rockstart Startup we are located in the heart of the Amsterdam Startup scene on corner of the Herengracht and Rozengracht.

We are looking for someone who loves getting on the phone and selling his/her heart out, and is capable of strategic and systematic thinking. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in all aspects of the sales pipeline and program execution with multiple opportunities for fast growth, depending on interests and abilities.
This role will work directly with core team members and be exposed to key aspects of building a successful startup business. You’ll work with of a team of designers, developers and marketing specialists with a shared goal; improving basic SaaS metrics:

  • Traffic (Audience)
  • Trial signups (Acquisition)
  • Install rates (Activation)
  • Conversion rates (Revenue)

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for metric 4: maximising Conversion rates (Revenue)
  • Closing inbound lead flow 
  • Iterating and optimizing the sales process
  • Identify and qualify ideal prospects all the way through the sales funnel 
  • Make targeted sales calls to successfully on-boarded trial customers and close them
  • Develop successful call scripts for training purposes
  • Proactively manage key account relationships with the support of team members 
  • Establish and incorporate best practices using the latest tools to drive efficiency and scalability throughout our sales and execution process

Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales or 2+ years of inside sales experience 
  • Worked at a startup, perhaps even B2B SaaS (or are familiar with driving business goals in a scrappy, chaotic environment) 
  • A product focus and a strong understanding of technology (we are selling a technical product) 
  • An ability to think on your feet and adapt to customer needs (knowing what you can and cannot promise is key) 
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done 
  • A proven ability to push deals across the finish line
  • Are metrics focused. If you can't measure it, you don't really know what is happening.
  • Thorough organizational and pipeline management skills
  • Have high energy and the ability to handle volume with ease
