Your job as a Full Stack Developer
As a Full Stack Developer you, together with the team, are responsible for simplification and improvement of the user experience for online products and services of KPN. This means one email/password combination for managing all services offered by KPN instead of one for each. This is a key project in KPN S&I Digital with a nice roadmap planned, including automatic registration after purchasing KPN products, social login, and usage of the online identity in the KPN forums.
As a full stack Developer you are responsible for:
- Development of API’s within the Central Identity team on a high quality level
- Unifying the different user identities for the same physical person within the different supply chains inside KPN
- Getting the team to a higher scrum/Agile level, improving yourself as well
What do we expect from you?
Must have
- 2-3 years recent experience in development preferable using python and Web-technologies
- Some knowledge or experience of relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and monitoring tools
- Experience in development with GIT version control.
- Good eye for edge cases in critical flows (authorization, authentication etc)
- Intrinsic drive to continuously improve while searching for new edging technologies and more efficient processes making team performance better
- Understand the Agile mindset and scrum way-of-work.
- Self-employed to finish work but a team player as well.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must have working permit for The Netherlands or EU passport
Nice to have
- Willingness to own a test mindset and embed Test-Driven-Development
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Robot Framework, Selenium, Browserstack)
- Some experience in the implementation of online authentication systems, using frameworks like OAuth2 and OpenIDConnect.
- Some experience with working on several HTTP API’s (SOAP and/or REST) and API design
- Ability for huge personal growth. You will work with 5 sr. developers in a real High Performing autonomous scrum team which values real agile mindset, high quality standards and a incredible level of test automation, serving DevOps as well(We Make… We Own)
