imgZine was founded in 2011 and is a fast growing, innovative company that uses the latest (and greatest) technologies. imgZine helps large companies to optimize their communications. We provide a platform that allows organisations to unlock their existing communications to mobile devices through apps. By doing this, the distribution of communication will improve within organisations, with the goal of increasing employee engagement.
Who are we looking for?
- The ability to communicate very well and be empathetic to the issues our customers are facing
- Advocate customer needs/issues crossdepartmentally
- Maintain and improve the customer ticketing and reporting suite
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities together with our Customer Success and Account team
- Be the one who switches on the company flashlights in case of priority incidents
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills (NL & UK)
- Strong team player but still a selfstarter
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities onthefly
- Absolute ‘Can-do’ attitude
- A clear interest and experience in mobile technologies and markets
- Experience with Atlassian suite platform (Jira, Confluence) and related toolkits or capability to learn swiftly
- Experience in Office software
- Eager to learn our platform, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to
- Be a key person within the company working close with all teams
- Challenging projects, large (international-)customers, ideal for learning & implementing the latest technologies
