Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

You are an expert on Google’s (and third parties) measurement solutions and have a proven track record in media mix modeling (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, DoubleClick, Adometry). You’ll be the bridge between the global and regional product management and the Northern European sales team. 

You will manage and drive complex Measurement and Attribution (M&A) projects with customers in Northern Europe in which you will advise on the best setup for measurement and attribution for their mobile, tablet and desktop sites, and apps and media campaigns. You will develop the local sales teams skills through stellar training and learning on the job while being at the heart of product development for the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver measurement and attribution strategy for Northern Europe
  • Identify and drive big impact measurement and attribution projects for key advertisers
  • Manage and develop relations with both regional and global product management teams at Google to roll out best-in-class products to the market
  • Develop and support Sales team in Northern Europe to be functional attribution advisors including creating/delivering internal trainings as necessary
  • Develop and maintain a deep product knowledge about the core competencies of Google and other industry leaders’ solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients on measurement, attribution modeling, business intelligence and marketing

Preferred qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of attribution and statistical models and their applications across all (online) media channels.
  • Excellent understanding of web analytics packages (Google’s and third parties).
  • Ability to mine data (with spreadsheet software or SQL skills) and distill insights relevant to consumer journey and media mix application.
  • Entrepreneurial and able to set up and successfully run customer facing M&A projects.
  • Comfortable challenging convention through the data you uncover, but also understand how business decisions are made.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills as well as strong presentation skills in front of large and small audiences.
