Description

We are looking for an energetic hands-on Corporate Recruiter who is able to take ownership of our general and Campus recruitment activities. This position requires a can-do-attitude, a strong sense of urgency and a sales oriented mind-set. You have a pro-active personality and are a creative problem solver by nature.

Your position:

  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers in order to efficiently fill and anticipate on vacancies, ensuring a clear understanding of job requirements and hiring expectations;
  • In charge of the full recruitment lifecycle from taking job specifications through writing advertisements, management of job postings, screening, interviewing and 'closing' of candidates;
  • Active sourcing and market mapping of candidates using social media and other potential venues;
  • Act as primary point-of-contact for campus recruitment, develop and maintain relationships with faculties, career offices and students;
  • Organize competitive and creative graduate recruitment events;
  • Manage candidate application and interview data in Flow Traders' talent acquisition system; using data to report and analyze recruitment activities and make recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • At least 4 year of relevant recruitment experience;
  • Relevant University Degree
  • Experience with planning and organizing competitive recruitment cycles;
  • Flexible attitude towards traveling to countries in the APAC region, US and Europe;
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
  • Assertive, pragmatic and a can-do attitude;
  • Ability to multi task and be stress resistant;
  • Strong personality with the ability to work in a demanding environment;
  • Dutch and English (fluently written and spoken);
  • Knows how to use social media in order to find the right candidates.
