Summary Job Description

Linux admin with 3-5 years for a mid-level experience in Redhat/CentOS preferred along with the experience of working in IT automation tools like Puppet and Chef. Should be able to work with group of Team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Should be a good team member and a good team player.
• Ability to influence the ideas along with group of team members
• Able to work close with different infrastructure teams
• Create visibility on issues
• Ability to communicate well with leadership team and other team members
• Should be familiar with automations like Puppet, Chef tools
• Good experience with AWS
• Monitor the systems during their time zone and report any issues and debug the log files and analyse the cause and work towards fixing issues permanently
• Create documents for all the issues on how it was identified and how it was resolved
• Work on RCA for all the repeated P1 and P2 issues and for all P1 issues and provide the summary of actions to their managers
• Should possess nice communication skills and problem solving skills
