Role
This is a great opportunity for a strong and experienced Account Manager to work with and activate the #1 FMCG brand in the world.
The Manager Key and National Accounts drives the Hotels sub-channel within the Cold (Out-of-Home) group to maximise our return on investment by:
Contribute to (overarching) Horeca channel and relevant sub-channel plans and support the Associate Director in setting longer-term strategy for the Hotels channel;
Develop corresponding (joint) customer plans, in line the overall marketing and Cold Channel strategies;
Selling in the plan and subsequently negotiating customer agreements that align our investments with the execution of our plan and maximises our Return on Investment;
Executing the customer plans as leader of a small cross-functional team, including members of our marketing and field sales teams;
Managing investment budgets to ensure volume and profit objectives are achieved.
- Bachelor/Master degree level education
- 2-5 years sales experience within FMCG or Hospitality
- Relevant experience and network in the Hotel/ Horeca industry
- Strong affinity with the Hotel and Hospitality sector – willing to “live the channel”
- Ability to develop actionable customer plans based on consumer, shopper and customer insights and in line with customer needs
- Clear and concise communicator with experience in establishing strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to prioritise own work to deliver maximum impact and meet deadlines, structured working approach
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
