Omschrijving

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for organizing, delivering and facilitating training to the Dutch internal client group within the commercial BU and Supply Chain. You will advise and provide learning solutions to enhance the capability of our people and work with the local HR Business Partner teams in order to manage and deliver the European & Local L&D Plan for the Netherlands.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver and facilitate technical and/or skills training across the 2 locations of Coca-Cola Enterprises in the Netherlands (750 FTE)
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners in order to effectively align the design, development and deployment of learning programs with business planning & effectiveness of delivery
  • Develop, review and update materials & solutions in collaboration with the other Centers of Excellence within HR, the HR Business Partners and the operational Subject Matter Experts
  • Provide vital links with audit protocols/schedules legal compliances
  • Provide budget planning & expenditure control
  • Conduct LMS administration and provide reports to site leadership teams on training actuals vs plan
  • Conduct performance Management reviews with site HR Business Partners & respective Management groups in order to monitor & control learning best practice & alignment of standardization processes.
  • Collaborate and support the wider team in the development of new trainers by sharing knowledge, experience and delivering appropriate Train The Trainer session when requested

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor/ Master level degree education
  • Strong experience in an L&D role in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent training/facilitation skills across a broad range of products/areas
  • A high level of professional knowledge in Learning & Development
  • A broad knowledge and experience in how to use tools and processes to train and develop people
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Coaching experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (In Dutch and English)
