As our new Manager Indirect Procurement – Professional Services (HR, Finance, Consultancy and Legal Subcategories) for a One Year Secondment, you will lead some subcategories of the Professional Services category across Coca-Cola Enterprises (comprising of UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Bulgaria (Share services center).
As part of the Indirect Procurement – Corporate Team (9 people) you will be expected to develop and execute category strategies in order to:
• Deliver Procurement strategies to align with business needs, leverage spend at the appropriate level and maximize value delivery for Coca-Coca Enterprises.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement in all activities and support for Procurement strategy.
• Embed world-class procurement practices in sourcing and supplier relationship management to maximize delivery of sustainable value throughout the sourcing cycle.
• Conduct Internal & external benchmarking to ensure industry best practices are understood and implemented.
• Ensure the procurement Strategy is in place and regularly audit program to ensure compliance with Corporate policy
• Monitor and manage % Spend with contracted suppliers
This role requires a need to travel, potentially up to 20%, and can be based out of Uxbridge (London), Brussels or Paris office and will report to the Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement based in Paris.
Kwalificaties
To be successful in this role you need:
• Master’s degree
• 3-5 years Procurement experience (Professional Services experience preferable)
• High level of strategic insight supported with a tactical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (able to influence at a senior level)
• Experience of negotiating in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Demonstrate the capacity to evaluate issues analytically and commercially
• Strong project and change management skills
• Strong team ethic
• Fluent English skills, proficiency in other European languages (French, Dutch) an advantage
