POSITION SUMMARY

As Recruiting Event Coordinator, you will develop, coordinate and organize recruiting events to attract new talent for Bain Amsterdam’s consulting staff . You will organize all (on-campus and in-house) campus events and also all our business courses/lunches/dinners etc. You will act as liaison between Bain and universities, study- and student associations. You will have intensive communication and correspondence with candidates throughout the year and will closely work together with the internal recruiting teams (consultants contributing to recruiting efforts and global recruiting specialists).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, organize and coordinate all (multi-day) business courses. You will do this in close cooperation with consultants contributing to the event.
  • Organize the on-campus and in-office recruiting events with Dutch universities (case workshops/presentations/lunches/drinks). You will do this in close cooperation with consultants contributing to these events.
  • Act as liaison between university career services, study/student associations and all students who are interested in Bain
  • Manage internal recruiting team efforts, facilitate team planning meetings and provide administrative support as needed
  • Manage the pipeline process, designed to have high-impact interactions with promising candidates in their career orientation phase
  • Develop marketing campaigns, newsletters and mailings to promote our events
  • Gather market intelligence data and follow up with concrete action points
  • Collect and analyze event feedback and use this to make new plans for the upcoming recruiting year
  • Administer BATS (Bain Applicant Tracking system) for data entry, event management, and reporting
  • Assist with other administrative duties related to recruiting as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
  • Maximum of two year’s professional business experience (preferably in a recruiting or human resources environment; experience in campus recruiting is highly desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to represent Bain to prospective candidates and interact with senior Bain management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize among multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams. Strong customer service focus
  • Computer literacy - proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
