Unit Description
The Consolidation & Reporting department is at the core of the financial unit of Atradius. The department works closely with the Group Provisioning Team, Corporate Finance and Group
Control. The Consolidation & Reporting team, currently consist of seven professionals, it is amongst other responsible for the external financial reporting for the Group (IFRS and Solvency
II), shareholder reporting and the legal consolidation. Furthermore, the department is responsible for setting-up and maintaining the Atradius accounting and reporting manuals.
Currently, the department finds itself in a very dynamic and changing environment and is participating in a number of projects. Two of the key projects are the implementation of the
Solvency II reporting requirements and IFRS 4 phase II which will enable Atradius to comply with new European insurance regulations and Financial Reporting requirements.

Job Description
Working within Group Finance Consolidation & Reporting department means taking responsibility within a motivated team on a number of reporting to
pics and projects. This challenging position gives you the opportunity to get a unique overview
of all aspects of the company and the opportunity to work closely with other units within Atradius.

Your main responsibilities will be:
•Taking ownership and being an expert on specific topics in the financial statements. The topic owner is the single point of contact for several Atradius business regions worldwide and
Atradius senior management. He/ she provides accounting direction, coordination and support to the different local finance units for the information to be delivered on the assigned topics
•Supporting the consolidation of the local financial information into the consolidated financial statements for the Atradius Group as a whole
•Responsible for the preparation of financial internal and external reports for otherdepartments, Management Board, Audit Committee and shareholders according to the Atradius guidelines and procedures
•Participating in group-wide projects, including the implementation of Solvency II and IFRS 4 phase II
•Contributing to the development and enhancement of corporate procedures and guidelines for the closing process
•Assist and support audit reviews
•Take ownership of ad-hoc requests
•Actively participate and contribute to the successful performance of the department as a teammember
•Maintaining and updating the technical IFRS accounting policies for the Group The Reporting Manager IFRS will report to the Manager Consolidation & Reporting

The Reporting Managers IFRS will report to the manager Consolidation & Reporting.

Knowledge, Skills and experience

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or comparable
• Audit backgroup of minimal 3 years in one of thebig four Audit firms
• Ability to work in a complex and challenging environment
• Accustomed to work in projects with different stakeholders
• Strong analytic skills and the capacity to go also into the detail
• Excellent in English and Dutch; other languages beneficial
• Can do attitude
• Ready to learn and develop
• Willing to share knowledge
• Other items which are beneficial
• Experience in corporate reporting in an international insurance organisation
• Knowledge of Consolidation software packages ( e.g. Hyperion financial Management)
• Knowledge of Reporting tools ( e.g. IBM Cognos FSR)
• Experience that can contribute to the Solvency II implementation
