Within the team, responsible for Management reporting and Transfer pricing (TPCA), a vacancy for initially a period of one year exists.
The reporting task consists of supporting the monthly closing process, analysing Atradius P&L, producing periodic/ad hoc management information reports and responding to information requests.

• The main system/tool used for consolidation and reporting is Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/ Smartview.
• Next to that a management dashboard tool (CXO) is in use, which is further being developed.
• Apart from the standard reporting activities the team also supports the various units by providing other management information (e.g. non-financial KPI’s), directly from the Atradius source systems. Currently this is mainly done with Access-databases, but a project is started to create a more structural solution for this (e.g. via Hyperion Essbase cube)

Given the international character of the Atradius organisation there is a strong need for a transfer pricing mechanism in the company. The TPCA-team is responsible for defining the transfer pricing models and keys, calculating &processing the periodic charges, providing relevant information and responding to questions. In order to increase costs awareness the support function costs are allocated to the various Atradius’ commercial units/products, as part of the transfer pricing process, in order to get a fully loaded P&L (cost allocation).

The models for transfer pricing and cost allocation are build in an Activity Based Costing tool from the vendor Prodacapo. This tool is maintained by the TPCA team. To fill the vacancy mentioned above we are looking for someone to support the reporting and transfer pricing tasks with a focus on the IT-side. Apart from regular activities this will mean:

• Report development in CXO-dashboard tool (and/or Hyperion Financial Management)
• Support Access databases
• Participate in project to develop a structured management information database
• Perform system administrator role for Prodacapo tool
• Support model building in Prodacapo

Unit Description
Group Control is a support unit, consisting of 13 FTE’s and based in Amsterdam (head office). The unit is responsible for providing timely and relevant management information, analysis and recommendations in order to facilitate the understanding of Atradius’ business performance, and thereby improve the quality of management decision making.
Within Group Control the following tasks can be identified: Management reporting, Budgeting & forecasting, Cost Control and Transfer pricing.
