Our 24-month traineeship will help you to make the most of your talent and become successful as a project manager within the international supply chain management organisation of Philips. The program will consist of:
- On the job learning: working on three demanding international Supply Chain projects
- Training: following an intensive training and development program focused on both personal and professional development
- Mentoring and Coaching: helping you to deliver results on your projects, to discover your own talents and competences and to accelerate the learning steps as a professional
- Enjoying peer to peer learning moments with other ambitious Trainees
- Have a Master’s degree
- Have 0 - 3 years of work experience
- Have a strong affinity with project management and supply chain management
- Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills, are fluent in English, second language (p.e. French, German, Spanish) is a pre
- Are a self-starter with the ability to achieve results
- Have intercultural sensitivity, intercultural work or study experience is a pre
- Are interested in managing global SCM projects. Having experience in project / supply chain planning is a pre
- Are eager to expand your comfort zone and learn more about yourself and the world

By now, you understand how much Philips needs Project Managers for her supply chain. But you also get that people aren't born like that. They need to be trained, developed and coached... That’s what ORMIT does during your traineeship. And it is done very well.
The next 24 months you will be working for ORMIT, on Philips projects. After successfully completing the traineeship, you will get the opportunity to pursue your career at Philips.

Procedure
Application letter and resumé
If you are interested in this position, we would like to invite you to submit a letter with your motivation and ambition, plus an extensive curriculum vitae. Give in your cv a clear description of your studies, internships, graduation, extracurricular activities or working experience and achieved results. Send the letter and your resume per e-mail to ORMIT. If your application fits the defined profile, than we would like to invite your for the first round of interviews.
Interview Round
The first round in the hiring process consists of two interviews with ORMIT employees. If both interviews are positively evaluated, you will be asked to make a capacity test.
Capacity Test
After the interviews, you will make an online capacity test. This test can be made at home. If you score a good result, than we will invite you for both a meeting with employees of Philips and the assessment day.
Meeting with employees of Philips
During this meeting you get to know Philips and vice versa. So you’ll have a clear picture of what the Supply Chain Management traineeship and a career within Philips can bring you!
Prior to the assessment, we will ask you to fill out a personality questionnaire, the so-called Big Six.
Assessment day
During this day you will do a presentation for the assessors, psychologist and fellow candidates. Furthermore, you’ll to do several role plays and have an individual interview with our psychologist. At the end of the assessment, if you meet the criteria of ORMIT and Philips, you’ll be invited for a meeting where your contract will be explained.
