Graduate Program - Global Management Trainee
Summary
We believe that for our business to be the best – and to grow sustainably – we need to develop the people who will lead that growth. We need the managers of tomorrow.
Our programs are all focused on creating tomorrow’s leaders, and they offer different opportunities to grow your talent whether you’re interested in a career in global management, supply and logistics, or with a more specific sales and marketing focus.
About us
We are the world’s leading brewer – brewing over 200 different beers including names like Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, Becks, Hoegaarden and Leffe. (Currently 16 of our beers are ‘billion dollar’brands.) We operate in over 25 countries with sales in over 100 around the world and we employ over 150,000 people.
Working on real projects from the outset, our global management trainee program is the first step on a global career. From your induction in St Louis (USA) to your end-of-program presentation, you’ll be treated as one of our future leaders. You’ll learn about running one of the world’s most successful businesses, and you’ll learn about where you will fit in best.
You’ll follow a structured, full-time 10-month program where you’ll learn about how our entire business works. This covers everything from information and business services through to sales, logistics and
supply. You’ll also learn about our other HQ functions – marketing, people, legal and corporate affairs, procurement and finance.
You should graduate (before September 2016) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from any of the following disciplines:
- Business, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, Law or IT.
You’ll fit in best if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, be results-driven and have undertaken some
form of leadership position either inside or outside of university.
